Our Local Programming

In August 2025, we launched a brick-and-mortar location in downtown Easton. At this bright and airy site, we host events, lead workshops, and teach classes for all ages. Read on to learn more about our space and the mindfulness programming we offer to our Lehigh Valley community.

Program Offerings

Throughout the year, we offer a variety of mindfulness programs at our Easton location. These workshops, classes, and event series cater to a wide range of ages, interests, and calendar availabilities. Examples of previous and ongoing programs include:

Mindful Mondays

An ongoing series that offers a fresh model of mindful meditation practice, personal growth, and community connection.

Moonlight Meditations

This 4-week meditation series helped participants create more intentional pauses in their daily lives.

Gratitude & Grace

In this mindfulness workshop, participants were guided through grounding themselves in the practice of gratitude.
