I feel that Shanthi Project made an impact on my students. It gave them firsthand experience with the importance of being mindful and aware of their emotions and behavior. It also helped them realize that their behavior can affect others as well. In addition, they learned some helpful tips for accepting their emotions, which gave them a way to cope.
