Three-week series | Learn how the practice of mindfulness supports self-care and resiliency as you approach the uncertainty of the upcoming school year. Participants will be taught mindfulness tools to manage stress, improve focus, and prioritize your own well-being while caring for others.

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention, in the present moment with a sense of curiosity. Mindfulness has shown to be an effective for of self-care as it helps with; managing stress, and increasing well-being, clarity, and calmness.
