This workshop is an opportunity for participants to engage in gentle movement and meditation inspired by the traditional Chinese practice of Qigong. In this class, our instructor will guide participants through slow, flowing body movements, deep rhythmic breathing, and calming meditation.

About the event

Join us for a morning of meditation and qigong-style movement to promote mental clarity and physical well-being. Qigong is a traditional Chinese practice aimed at supporting the mind and body through slow and deliberate movements and meditative breathing. In this Qigong-inspired class, our instructor will help you integrate slow, flowing body movements, deep rhythmic breathing and a calm meditative state of mind for health and relaxation.


There is a suggested donation of $10.00/session, collected either on-site or by reserving your spot below. No pre-registration is required.


About the instructor: Jocelyn graduated with a bachelor’s degree in social work from Bloomsburg University. In her 30-year career at the Lehigh County Office of Children and Youth Services, she strived to make an impact in the lives of the children and families she worked with.
