About the event
Shanthi Project’s BIPOC Healing Collective was created by and for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to provide a kind, engaged and open community for the BIPOC community to gather and practice together. This group cultivates mutual support and understanding among people of color who find nourishment and inspiration in contemplative practices teachings to help us access transcendent wisdom and emotional balance.
Join Erica T. Mahady for one, or all eight, meetings that will begin with a guided meditation and will also include embodied practices, mindful reflections, check-ins, and song.
