Trauma-informed Training: Mindfulness Practices to Improve Self-Regulation & Well-being for the Trauma Survivor. Module 1 will focus on trauma-informed Yoga and Mindfulness practices when working with court-involved (inmates, parolees, post-release, juvenile offenders) and addiction recovery clients.
